Solitaire Homes, Tulsa's premier homebuilder, is searching for a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our growing team. As a Sales Professional, you'll play a key role in showcasing our beautiful houses and guiding families through the exciting journey of homeownership.
What You'll Do:
Build rapport with potential customers and effectively present Solitaire Homes' floorplans and benefits.
Guide clients through the home buying process, from initial contact to closing.
Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth buying experience for our valued customers.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
Represent Solitaire Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the residential homebuilding industry. (Not Required but Preferred)
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
Familiarity with Social Media and Microsoft applications is a plus.
